The Product Manager II will own the full lifecycle of Core CRM capabilities, translating dealer and OEM needs into data‑driven product decisions. You’ll partner across engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to launch, adopt, and continuously improve SaaS solutions that drive revenue and customer health.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Define, design, launch, and iterate Core CRM features while tracking adoption and health metrics
  • Conduct dealer and OEM interviews, persona creation, and workflow analysis to surface pain points
  • Write clear PRDs, acceptance criteria, and user stories that guide engineering and design execution
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to align scope, timelines, and delivery
  • Monitor feature adoption, identify barriers, and work with Customer Success to enable usage
  • Synthesize feedback from interviews, support tickets, and analytics to prioritize high‑impact opportunities
  • Report on revenue, retention, and adoption metrics to demonstrate product impact
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and maintain sustainable team velocity
