Join Sustainiam as a Product Intern in Noida, working hands‑on with PMs, engineers, designers and business teams to build fintech‑focused climate‑tech products. What You'll Likely Work On

• Support product discovery by conducting customer interviews, usability tests and market research.
• Translate customer pain points into clear problem statements and product requirements.
• Assist PMs in writing PRDs, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Help with sprint planning, backlog grooming and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Design to shape user flows and keep features moving.
• Analyze product usage, define and track KPIs, and turn data into actionable insights.
• Prepare product updates, decks and documentation for the team and leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations on launches and adoption.
