What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and align the product‑engineering roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, tracked, and communicated.
- Identify high‑effort operational processes and build lightweight automations to reduce manual overhead.
- Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, and knowledge bases that enable teams to self‑serve process documentation.
- Program manage key meetings such as goal reviews, QBRs, and retrospectives, providing visibility and progress updates.
- Support leadership in preparing presentations for board meetings, leadership summits, and customer escalations.
- Drive or assist high‑priority cross‑team projects in partnership with the COO and product & engineering leaders.
