The Product & Engineering Operations Manager will own roadmap planning, drive operational efficiency through automation, and program‑manage key leadership initiatives for Mindtickle’s AI‑powered revenue enablement platform.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Define and align the product‑engineering roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, tracked, and communicated.
  • Identify high‑effort operational processes and build lightweight automations to reduce manual overhead.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, and knowledge bases that enable teams to self‑serve process documentation.
  • Program manage key meetings such as goal reviews, QBRs, and retrospectives, providing visibility and progress updates.
