The Product Director will shape Axi’s global product strategy, overseeing the full client lifecycle and driving growth across trading, onboarding, and retention. You will partner with engineering, design, data, risk, and commercial teams to translate business goals into measurable product roadmaps and outcomes.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading and client‑lifecycle experiences
• Prioritise initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and monetisation
• Translate commercial objectives into clear product requirements and success metrics
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Sales and Operations to deliver end‑to‑end product initiatives
• Use client insights, analytics, market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
• Lead prioritisation balancing client value, business impact, compliance, risk and technical feasibility
• Coach Product Managers to raise product thinking, stakeholder management and execution quality
• Build a product culture focused on ownership, data‑led decisions and continuous improvement
