Menlo Security seeks a Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end experience of data‑security and file‑security features, turning complex policy logic into clear, trustworthy interfaces. The role partners closely with product and engineering, leverages AI‑assisted design tools, and mentors the design team.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and design admin policy configuration, file scanning, alert, and remediation flows for data‑security features
• Simplify complex security and compliance rules into usable admin experiences
• Create interaction patterns that make AI/ML classification confidence, risk, and overrides clear to users
• Design end‑user moments such as download warnings, redaction previews, and access‑request dialogs
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to scope, discover, and iterate using AI‑assisted research synthesis
• Expand the design system with security‑specific components like risk indicators and policy builders
• Guide and mentor fellow designers, establishing craft standards and responsible AI‑tool usage
