Product Designer II

Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Product Designer II will own end‑to‑end design for a defined feature area of AiPrise's compliance platform, turning complex data‑heavy workflows into clear, intuitive experiences. You will partner closely with product, engineering and leadership, drive design decisions using the design system and data, and mentor junior designers.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and execute design solutions for medium‑complexity features from discovery through launch
• Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and documentation, anticipating edge cases
• Apply and extend the company design system to meet feature‑specific needs
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usability test results and product analytics to inform design decisions
• Partner with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements, constraints and success metrics
• Present design rationale, keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks, and incorporate feedback early
• Help newer designers improve through reviews, pairing and feedback sessions

Good Fit If You Have

• Experience designing data‑heavy B2B or fintech compliance products
• Portfolio that demonstrates problem framing, research, iteration and decision‑making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
