What You'll Likely Work On
- Assess current procurement processes, identify bottlenecks and cost drivers, and propose improvements.
- Design and implement cost‑effective procurement strategies that boost EBITDA, working capital and operational KPIs.
- Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations and contract management while benchmarking best practices.
- Manage relationships with CFO, COO and supply‑chain leadership; prepare reports, forecasts and spend analyses.
- Drive large‑scale change initiatives, including organisational restructuring, acquisition integration and readiness planning.
- Support sales and business‑development efforts in Austria, building client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Represent Interpath’s Centre of Excellence at industry forums, roundtables and client pitches.
- Coach and lead team members in fast‑paced environments, demonstrating strong communication and influencing skills.
