Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

Postman seeks a senior attorney to lead commercial privacy work, drafting DPAs, handling privacy questionnaires, and advising GTM teams on data‑protection matters for enterprise SaaS deals.

Must-Have Requirements

  • J.D. from accredited U.S. law school
  • Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 5-8 years legal experience focused on data privacy and commercial transactions
  • Deep knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and international data‑transfer mechanisms
  • Hands‑on drafting and negotiating DPAs
  • Experience managing high‑volume privacy questionnaires
  • Strong stakeholder‑management ability

Nice-to-Have Signals

  • CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or CIPM certification
