Ovii's Interpretation of the Role
Postman seeks a senior attorney to lead commercial privacy work, drafting DPAs, handling privacy questionnaires, and advising GTM teams on data‑protection matters for enterprise SaaS deals.

Must-Have Requirements
- J.D. from accredited U.S. law school
- Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5-8 years legal experience focused on data privacy and commercial transactions
- Deep knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and international data‑transfer mechanisms
- Hands‑on drafting and negotiating DPAs
- Experience managing high‑volume privacy questionnaires
- Strong stakeholder‑management ability

Nice-to-Have Signals
- CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or CIPM certification
- Knowledge of additional privacy regimes (LGPD, PIPL, PIPA, APPI, PDPA)

- AI‑related privacy experience

What You'll Likely Work On
