UiPath seeks a Principal Software Engineer for Site Reliability to design, build, and operate AI‑enhanced platform services that power the company’s automation products. The role owns end‑to‑end reliability, drives adoption across engineering teams, and mentors engineers while handling incident response and performance improvements.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and build SRE platform components, incorporating AI capabilities, as reusable products for internal teams
• Participate in livesite monitoring rotations, handle escalations, and produce thorough postmortems
• Improve availability, scalability, and performance based on incident learnings and embed best practices into the platform
• Ensure platform reliability, quality, and performance while driving architectural changes that move key metrics
• Onboard other engineering teams by writing integrations, pairing with engineers, and removing friction
• Ship early, gather feedback aggressively, and iterate rapidly to meet real user needs
• Lead task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing for platform initiatives
• Mentor and coach software engineers through hands‑on guidance and training
