UiPath seeks a Principal Software Engineer on its Site Reliability team to design, build, and operate AI‑enhanced platform services that power the company’s compliance and SLA commitments. The role blends product thinking with deep systems expertise, driving adoption across dozens of engineering teams while mentoring peers.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Architect and implement SRE platform components, leveraging AI to improve monitoring, alerting, and remediation
• Participate in livesite monitoring rotations, handle escalations, and produce detailed post‑mortems
• Identify and execute availability, scalability, and performance improvements, embedding best practices into the platform
• Onboard other engineering teams by writing integrations, pairing with engineers, and removing friction
• Iterate quickly on shipped features, using user feedback to refine reliability solutions
• Plan, estimate, schedule, and staff work for platform initiatives
• Mentor software engineers through hands‑on coaching and training
• Contribute to organization‑wide process improvements and engineering standards
