The Principal Product Manager will own the vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market for a core platform layer of UiPath’s agentic automation platform. What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for a platform layer, making trade‑off decisions on complex, ambiguous problems
- Collaborate with engineering on design, prototype, and dog‑food the product to stay credible on the underlying technology
- Partner with marketing and sales to position the platform, create demand, and deliver demos and enablement
- Engage directly with customers, gather real‑world scenarios, and turn insights into validated use cases and roadmap priorities
- Own end‑to‑end outcomes from problem definition through launch, adoption metrics, and production success
- Translate emerging agentic trends (LLMs, coding agents, orchestration frameworks) into a coherent product strategy
- Raise the bar for the broader product team through thought leadership, clear storytelling, and mentoring
