What You'll Likely Work On

• Define the roadmap for agent runtime, planner/router, human‑in‑the‑loop, governance, and process composition
• Convert advances in reasoning, tool use, and long‑horizon planning into governable enterprise features
• Create an ecosystem that lets customers share, reuse, and scale agentic patterns via connectors
• Leverage AI to synthesize customer signals, draft specs, prototype flows, and run evaluations
• Own competitive positioning, messaging, and adoption initiatives with PMM and field teams
• Establish and monitor metrics such as task success rate, intervention rate, cost‑per‑completion, and time‑to‑value
