The Principal Product Manager will own the roadmap and execution of UiPath’s Agentic Business Orchestration platform, turning AI‑agent advances into reliable, enterprise‑grade workflows. The role blends deep technical insight, hands‑on AI tooling, and strong product intuition while partnering with engineering, GTM, and Fortune‑500 customers.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Define the roadmap for agent runtime, planner/router, human‑in‑the‑loop, governance, and process composition
- Convert advances in reasoning, tool use, and long‑horizon planning into governable enterprise features
- Create an ecosystem that lets customers share, reuse, and scale agentic patterns via connectors
- Leverage AI to synthesize customer signals, draft specs, prototype flows, and run evaluations
- Own competitive positioning, messaging, and adoption initiatives with PMM and field teams
- Establish and monitor metrics such as task success rate, intervention rate, cost‑per‑completion, and time‑to‑value

- Experience with prompt engineering, evals, or fine‑tuning on customer data
- Background in BPM, RPA, iPaaS, or enterprise workflow platforms
