We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the multi‑year vision for agentic automation at UiPath. You will shape how coding agents, AutoPilots and non‑deterministic agents build and run automations, partner with enterprise customers, and define the metrics that prove reliability.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and own the long‑term product strategy for agentic automation
• Create APIs, skill surfaces and tooling that let external coding agents author and debug automations
• Advance UiPath’s AutoPilot agents, including reasoning, hand‑offs and human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints
• Specify how non‑deterministic agents integrate with deterministic workflows and set clear usage contracts
• Work closely with top enterprise customers to troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliability
• Build prototype agents and reference implementations to validate product direction
• Synthesize emerging agent ecosystem trends into a coherent product roadmap
• Establish and own key success metrics such as task success rate, time‑to‑build, and human interventions
