UiPath seeks a Principal Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end experience for a regulated vertical, turning business rules into intuitive interfaces. You will prototype in Claude Code, ship working software, and measure impact against product metrics while collaborating with PMs, engineers, and customers.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Own the full vertical experience—including reviewer queue, admin setup, and analytics dashboards
• Define how AI agents learn from human experts and keep that knowledge inspectable
• Determine which capabilities are shared versus vertical‑specific and ensure consistency across all verticals
• Set product direction together with product managers, engineering, and platform partners
• Deliver working software and tooling, opening PRs directly to the product repository
• Establish baselines and measure design impact against product metrics
• Work directly with customers and PMs to gather business context and validate requirements
• Rapidly prototype ideas using Claude Code and Figma, moving from concept to code in days
