What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead discovery workshops to define high‑value use cases, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes
• Co‑create phased roadmaps that move from lighthouse pilots to production rollouts across teams or business units
• Own delivery execution, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, escalations, and senior stakeholder cadences
• Partner with operations, compliance, IT, transformation, and business leadership to build alignment and drive adoption
• Design and run adoption programs including user enablement, training material, champion networks, governance checkpoints, and usage measurement
• Establish enterprise‑grade deployment practices covering security, auditability, human‑in‑the‑loop controls, change management, and production readiness
• Translate field insights into actionable product and engineering feedback as the voice of the customer
