The Principal Application Engineer leads APAC‑wide solution architecture and delivery for Litmus' industrial data platform. As a senior individual contributor, you will guide implementation teams, mentor engineers, and ensure customer deployments meet technical standards and business value.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and prioritize regional technical work aligned with customer commitments and business value
• Review and approve solution designs, guide engineers through complex architectural decisions
• Mentor Application Engineers, raise delivery standards, and create reusable technical assets
• Act as escalation point for high‑risk implementations, critical incidents, and complex support cases
• Collaborate with Customer Success leadership, Sales Engineers, Account Management, Product and Development teams
• Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and gaps early in the customer lifecycle
• Document and manage technical exception processes and ensure consistent product configuration across APAC
• Support pre‑sales to delivery handover with technical oversight and scope validation

Good Fit If You Have

• Experience with industrial protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, PLCs, SCADA, MES
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity and secure edge architectures
• Background in pre‑sales architecture, RFI/RFP responses, and statement‑of‑work reviews
• Familiarity with Litmus Edge or similar industrial data platforms
