Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

We are looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms. The role is fully remote, full‑time, and centers on measurable acquisition growth through testing, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Create, launch, and scale performance‑driven campaigns across multiple paid channels
  • Design ad creatives, messaging, audience segments and campaign structures
  • Monitor daily performance, run A/B tests, and adjust bids, budgets, and placements to improve ROAS and lower CPA/CPL
  • Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Tag Manager and dashboards
  • Produce weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with design, content, sales and marketing teams to align messaging and improve conversion funnels
  • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes and industry best practices
