What You'll Likely Work On

• Partner with hiring managers to source, assess and hire technical and GTM talent, delivering a premium candidate experience.
• Own the employee lifecycle—onboarding, payroll, documentation, compliance and exits—with speed and accuracy.
• Design, automate and continuously improve HR processes using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
• Ensure reliable, compliant People Operations across India, UAE and the US, adhering to local payroll and legal requirements.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines and vendor relationships within the startup ecosystem.
• Leverage ATS and other recruiting platforms to drive hiring initiatives and metrics.
• Support managers and shape employee experiences that reflect Zuddl’s culture and values.
