What You'll Likely Work On
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver a high‑touch experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Manage and audit the HRIS (Rippling) for accurate employee records, tax allocations, job changes, and compensation data.
- Administer health, welfare, and retirement programs, partnering with finance and external benefits brokers.
- Lead regular compliance audits, including 401(k) administration, worker classification, and state payroll tax compliance.
- Partner with managers as the first point of contact for HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
- Coordinate bi‑annual performance review and calibration cycles, ensuring timelines and compensation adjustments are met.
- Support recruiting operations by maintaining ATS data integrity and facilitating smooth handoffs from candidate to new hire.
- Serve as the local People Ops representative for the San Francisco office, managing vendor relationships and the hybrid work environment.
