The People Operations role leads HR operations for Postman's EMEA region, overseeing HRIS, compliance, benefits and cross‑functional processes. You will partner with Recruiting, Legal, Finance and IT to scale people programs and ensure a high‑quality employee experience.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Run day‑to‑day HR operations for the EMEA region, including HR systems, immigration, global mobility and policy execution
- Manage UKVI programme compliance and other statutory reporting requirements
- Maintain the HRIS (Workday) and related tools, ensuring data accuracy and supporting system upgrades
- Oversee benefits programs across EMEA and manage relationships with external brokers
- Produce regular HR business reports (new hires, terminations, etc.) and handle document management
- Respond to compliance and legal inquiries and act as the People Operations point of contact for employee questions
- Partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance and IT to streamline workflows and manage payroll cycles
- Drive process scalability, uphold company values, and support employee‑engagement initiatives
Good Fit If You Have
- 5+ years of general People Operations or HR generalist experience
- Prior experience working in the EMEA region
- Startup‑scale HR experience is a plus
- Fluency in a European language (German, French or Spanish) is advantageous
- Comfort navigating ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
