The People Operations Generalist partners with HR Business Partners to own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding through offboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance. What You'll Likely Work On

  • Execute high‑volume onboarding and offboarding activities, handling logistics, documentation, and system updates.
  • Partner with payroll and benefits teams to process employee changes, answer queries, and maintain accurate records.

  • Create and update HR process guides, templates, trackers, and workflows to improve team efficiency.
  • Support HR compliance tasks, including audits, I‑9 verification, background checks, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Assist with immigration documentation and coordinate with counsel when needed.
  • Provide responsive employee service, answering HR questions and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline manual HR processes.
