What You'll Likely Work On

• Manage end‑to‑end global payroll for employees, EORs, and contractors ensuring timely, accurate, compliant pay cycles
• Administer equity grants, vesting, exercises, and taxable events in Carta across multiple jurisdictions
• Reconcile payroll data to cash and ERP systems, supporting month‑end close and financial reporting
• Maintain data consistency across HiBob, Carta, Deel, and ERP through regular reconciliations and exception handling
• Support internal and external audits by providing well‑documented operational data
• Partner independently with People, Finance, Legal, Tax, and external vendors to resolve payroll and equity issues
