The Operations Support Specialist will partner with the Operations manager to keep daily workflows running smoothly, manage MDS schedules, and maintain accurate operational data for a healthcare AI platform. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities while adhering to SOPs and compliance standards.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Collect weekly MDS schedules to enable shift coverage planning
  • Coordinate with MDSs on attendance and relay updates to the Operations team
  • Monitor Zendesk, EHR Hub, Slack and other tools, escalating issues as needed
  • Assist with end‑to‑end EHR credentialing (account requests, activation, maintenance, troubleshooting, revocation)
  • Arrange transport requests with Facilities and validate transport claims
  • Maintain operational trackers ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Gather data for security compliance and perform monthly ORSV audits
  • Follow SOPs and SLAs while completing assigned tasks
  • Onboard new MDS/MDP cohorts and conduct occasional WFH audits
  • Manage email escalations and support ad‑hoc operational needs
