What You'll Likely Work On
- Plan and execute weekly offline activation events at high‑footfall locations such as residential complexes, tech parks, and community fairs.
- Scout and build a pipeline of new venues while maintaining a database of contacts for rapid re‑activation.
- Negotiate entry permissions with RWAs, facility managers, HR teams, and event organisers to secure event access.
- Manage on‑ground logistics including stall setup, staffing, collateral, and technology requirements.
- Design engaging activity formats (e.g., lucky draws, investment calculators) to attract passersby and generate qualified leads.
- Capture lead data in a structured format and ensure timely CRM entry for the sales team.
- Maintain weekly activity reports, analyse performance metrics, and share insights to improve marketing messaging and ROI.
- Oversee a network of local vendors for printing, fabrication, and event supplies, and negotiate pricing to optimise budgets.
Good Fit If You Have
- 2–5 years of offline/field marketing or BTL activation experience.
- Proven ability to negotiate with gatekeepers and secure venue permissions.
- Established local vendor network for event supplies.
- Experience capturing structured lead data and handing it over to sales.
- Comfort using CRM tools and producing performance reports.
