What You'll Likely Work On
- Diagnose and resolve complex network and device issues, including routing, DNS, firewall and virtualisation layers
- Perform deep log and architecture analysis to debug system crashes and performance problems
- Conduct root‑cause analysis, share knowledge and, when needed, modify infrastructure or code
- Document solutions in internal and client‑facing knowledge bases
- Handle high‑severity tickets with minimal supervision while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Analyze support data to spot trends, propose automation and efficiency improvements, and produce regular performance reports
