What You'll Likely Work On

• Moderate and host live virtual medical webinars and recorded sessions
• Coordinate with doctors, speakers, and internal teams before, during, and after each session
• Conduct speaker onboarding, trial runs, and pre‑session technical checks
• Manage live streaming platforms and provide basic technical troubleshooting during events
• Prepare and send invitations, reminders, and post‑session follow‑ups
