What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead and oversee buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence from start to finish
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, including investors and deal teams
• Manage engagement economics, timelines, and risk while ensuring high‑quality delivery
• Review and challenge financial analyses such as quality of earnings, net debt, working capital and cash flow
• Identify deal risks and value‑creation opportunities and communicate them clearly
• Prepare concise, decision‑oriented reports and presentations
• Collaborate closely with Tax, Valuation, Strategy, Legal and international teams
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to build a high‑performance culture
• Contribute to business‑development proposals and market initiatives
