The Manager, Transaction Services leads end‑to‑end financial due diligence for buy‑side and sell‑side deals, partnering with C‑suite clients and cross‑functional teams. The role blends project leadership, client interaction, and team development within a fast‑growing advisory firm in Hong Kong.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Lead and oversee buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence from start to finish
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, including investors and deal teams
  • Manage engagement economics, timelines, and risk while ensuring high‑quality delivery
  • Review and challenge financial analyses such as quality of earnings, net debt, working capital and cash flow
  • Identify deal risks and value‑creation opportunities and communicate them clearly
  • Prepare concise, decision‑oriented reports and presentations
