What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead and oversee buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence engagements from start to finish
• Act as the main liaison for clients, including CEOs, investors, and deal teams
• Control engagement economics, timelines, and risk while ensuring high‑quality delivery
• Review and challenge financial analyses such as quality of earnings, net debt, working capital, and cash flow
• Identify key deal risks and value‑creation opportunities and communicate them clearly
• Prepare concise, decision‑oriented reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Tax, Valuation, Strategy, Legal, and international teams
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high‑performance culture
