Join Interpath Advisory France as a Manager in Transaction Services, leading end‑to‑end deal work for private‑equity and corporate clients. You’ll drive financial due diligence, mentor junior staff and help grow a new deal advisory practice in Paris.

Must-Have Requirements

• Transaction services experience (4+ years)

• Fluent English (written & spoken)

What You'll Likely Work On

• Draft and deliver Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) reports
• Analyze earnings quality, net working capital trends and debt‑like items
• Critically assess target forecasts and identify risks and upside
• Participate in client meetings and serve as primary contact for FDD execution
• Maintain and grow client relationships across the deal lifecycle
• Mentor analysts and senior associates, fostering a high‑performing team
• Collaborate with corporate finance and debt advisory colleagues across the Interpath network
• Contribute to business development and go‑to‑market strategy as needed
