What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and architect highly configurable native mobile SDKs that are server‑controlled
• Create and operate mobile backend services that manage SDK distribution and runtime configurations
• Implement strong security controls, including cryptography and encrypted storage, for payment‑related mobile flows
• Develop a framework enabling developers to build screens using native, web, React‑Native, Flutter, or Ionic stacks
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for 8‑12 engineers, set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and define growth plans
• Champion best‑practice engineering processes, agile SCRUM ceremonies, and test‑driven development
• Manage headcount, project schedules, and resource allocation to meet roadmap commitments
