What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead, mentor, and grow a 1‑5 member Salesforce development and QA team
• Own hiring, performance reviews, and career development for the team
• Run Agile ceremonies and maintain sprint cadence
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between US and India teams
• Partner with product, finance, and sales stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
