We seek a Manager to lead restructuring engagements, stabilizing client finances and guiding turnaround plans. You will own workstreams, build financial models, and coach junior consultants while negotiating with lenders and stakeholders.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Stabilize client financial and operational performance and stop cash leakage
• Perform diagnostic assessments of business health, market conditions, and liquidity
• Analyze and revise business plans, financial projections, and capital structures
• Create and implement restructuring plans with integrated financial models and cash‑flow forecasts
• Guide and coach junior team members in restructuring methodologies
• Negotiate with lenders and other stakeholders to secure financing solutions
