What You'll Likely Work On

• Validate order accuracy in Salesforce using customer and vendor quotes
• Place equipment orders through multiple vendor portals and troubleshoot API‑based order issues
• Ensure timely order confirmations and move opportunities to Vendor Accepted status
• Support end‑of‑month/quarter/year close activities and EOM/EOQ/EOY processes
• Handle or escalate internal and external customer satisfaction issues
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new procurement hires
• Identify and implement best‑practice improvements for the procurement function
• Maintain detailed documentation of all procurement processes

Good Fit If You Have

• 5+ years of IT hardware purchasing or procurement experience
