SentiLink seeks a US‑based Manager of Model Risk and Governance to lead a growing team of data scientists and governance specialists. The role blends hands‑on model validation, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional partnership with customers and internal stakeholders. You will define strategy, own end‑to‑end governance processes, and directly influence product adoption and company growth.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Lead, grow, and develop a team of 3+ data scientists and governance professionals
- Design and maintain performance, drift, and fair‑lending monitoring pipelines
- Create and maintain governance documentation, model inventory, validation reports, and change‑management processes
- Set automation and standard‑setting strategy that exceeds industry norms
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Partner Success, and Sales to align governance with product delivery
