What You'll Likely Work On
- Own and synchronize complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars for one or more senior executives.
- Draft, review, and send professional correspondence, acting as the primary point of contact for high‑volume email and requests.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and events across departments and geographies.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, format, and organize reports, presentations, and board‑level materials.
- Maintain secure filing systems for sensitive records and manage contracts, invoices, and expense approvals.
- Track action items and deliverables across cross‑functional projects and initiatives.
- Support budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting for the leadership office.
