What You'll Likely Work On

• Partner with engineering, product, design, and G&A leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Define and execute the company’s AI/LLM strategy for finance, including pilots, forecasting, and automation.
• Own the OpEx and headcount spend envelope for R&D and G&A, setting guardrails and protecting operating leverage.
• Build bottom‑up headcount models and align hiring plans with product roadmaps and compliance needs.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly re‑forecasts, and monthly updates with clear variance narratives.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage SaaS and vendor spend, driving cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Create ad‑hoc models to evaluate unit economics, ROI of R&D and infrastructure investments, and build‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Design scalable, automated forecasting and reporting processes and the underlying data infrastructure.
