We are looking for a Lighting Artist to craft high‑quality real‑time lighting for games and interactive experiences. The role blends hands‑on production work with occasional project‑level leadership, collaborating across art, design, and engineering teams.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Create and polish real‑time lighting for environments, characters, cinematics, and gameplay sequences
- Translate art direction and gameplay requirements into lighting that supports mood, readability, and storytelling
- Review and give feedback on lighting work from peers, ensuring visual and technical quality standards
- Coordinate lighting tasks, break down goals, and track progress with production tools
- Work with Technical Art and Engineering to meet performance budgets and platform constraints
