We are looking for a Licensing & Partnership Operations Lead to drive end‑to‑end delivery of licensing initiatives for a global gaming client. The role manages a remote team, translates client requests into workstreams, and ensures timely, quality execution. This fixed‑term, fully remote position works closely with production, community and marketing teams.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Lead and coach a team of licensing and partnership specialists, handling performance reviews, onboarding and resource planning.
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle of licensing and partnership initiatives, from intake through completion.
  • Translate client requests into actionable tasks, delegate work based on priorities and capacity, and monitor progress.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines, identifying risks and removing blockers.
  • Coordinate with internal production, community, social and marketing teams to align resources and priorities.
  • Develop and refine operational processes, documentation, and workflow improvements.
