InMobi seeks a Legal Counsel to draft, negotiate and manage a broad portfolio of commercial and employment agreements, ensure statutory compliance, and mitigate legal risk across its global ad‑tech business. The role partners with internal teams and external counsel to resolve disputes and streamline contract processes.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements including leases, sourcing, consulting, publisher, advertiser, data partnership, agency, marketing and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal teams to ensure end‑to‑end closure of commercial transactions.
• Advise internal stakeholders on statutory compliance, employment law and SaaS‑related contractual matters.
• Handle legal notices, dispute resolution and litigation support as needed.
• Design and implement contract templates, tools and processes to improve efficiency and policy adherence.
• Provide risk‑mitigation guidance to security, finance, privacy and regulatory affairs functions.

Good Fit If You Have

• Experience in both in‑house legal teams and law firms.
• Background in ad‑tech, technology or internet‑based companies.
• Familiarity with SaaS contracts and global commercial law, especially in APAC.
