What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and own the full verification & validation strategy from component inspection to post‑deployment feedback
- Design and execute adversarial, edge‑case, endurance and stress test protocols for electro‑mechanical assemblies, embedded controllers, actuators and sensors
- Act as the final quality gate: own release checklists, sign‑off decisions and go/no‑go criteria backed by evidence
- Build and maintain regression test suites that automatically verify bug fixes on every build
- Monitor production quality metrics (field failures, first‑pass yield, escape rates) and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with V&V, firmware, mechanical and software teams to track bugs, resolve issues and document results
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, test reports, reliability data and compliance artefacts
- Measure and improve the ratio of QA‑discovered defects to field‑discovered defects over time
Good Fit If You Have
- Experience with physical AI systems where autonomy software and hardware converge
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
