Lead the Strategy & Growth function within Sustainiam’s Founder’s Office, shaping corporate roadmaps for carbon‑market and renewable‑energy products. Drive market‑entry, growth, and ecosystem strategies while partnering with product, tech, marketing, analytics, and business‑development teams.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Create and run quarterly/annual strategic cycles for EMX and CIP, tracking outcomes and course‑correcting as needed
- Lead market‑strategy work for carbon credits, I‑RECs and ESG instruments, including sizing, segmentation and pricing analysis
- Design and execute market‑penetration and customer‑acquisition plans across domestic and international segments
- Allocate growth budgets, build ROI frameworks, and set measurement metrics such as CAC, payback and LTV
- Map partnership ecosystems with RE developers, carbon buyers, traders, registries and regulators, defining commercial models
- Translate global ESG and carbon‑market regulations into product and business implications
- Partner with product, tech, marketing, analytics and BD leaders to turn strategy into repeatable playbooks
- Publish research and represent Sustainiam at climate‑finance forums and industry events
Good Fit If You Have
- Strong analytical rigor and consulting background (MBB or Big 4)
- Proven experience in carbon markets, I‑RECs or ESG strategy
- Ability to influence senior executives and board members
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, high‑growth startup environments
