Lead the global Site Reliability Engineering team at 66degrees, driving multi‑cloud operations, incident response, and service excellence for enterprise clients. Shape processes, mentor engineers, and expand managed‑services offerings across AI, data, and cloud platforms.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Scale and mentor a worldwide team of architects and engineers across AI, data, cloud, and BI domains
- Create, document, and enforce best‑practice processes that deliver reliable services to enterprise customers
- Own the design, deployment, and scaling of multi‑cloud environments on GCP, Azure, and AWS
- Run shift schedules, on‑call rotations, and capacity planning to ensure 24/7 service coverage
- Cultivate and manage senior client relationships, handling presales, escalations, and ongoing support
- Drive new service offerings and maintain critical MSP, ISO, and SOC2 certifications
