We are looking for a hands‑on Lead SDET to own the UI automation strategy, build Playwright‑based frameworks, and elevate UI quality across our modern web applications. The role combines technical leadership, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver maintainable, reliable, and fast test suites.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the UI SDET/QA team.
• Design, implement, and maintain Playwright‑based UI automation frameworks using the Page Object Model and data‑driven testing.
• Create comprehensive test plans aligned with BDD delivery practices and ensure test suites are maintainable, reliable, and scalable.
• Drive best‑practice adoption to reduce flakiness, increase execution speed, and improve assertion quality.
• Establish robust regression testing processes and continuous feedback loops from production issues.
• Champion a quality‑first, TDD‑driven culture and facilitate knowledge sharing across product, development, UX, and DevOps teams.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement of UI test assets.
