Aspora seeks a Senior Product Designer to elevate the user experience of its global fintech platform. You will own the end‑to‑end design process, evolve the design system, and mentor a small design team while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and growth. The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on delivery in a fast‑moving, on‑site environment in Bangalore.

• Drive the full design lifecycle from research and wireframes to polished, production‑ready prototypes
• Scale and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency, efficiency, and accessibility across platforms
• Guide and grow a small team of designers through mentorship and design critique rituals
• Partner with product leaders and engineers to define user‑centered features and clear interaction flows
• Champion UX best practices via user interviews, usability testing, and design reviews
• Establish and uphold design standards for iOS, Android, and web experiences
• Own high‑impact design initiatives from concept through launch
