What You'll Likely Work On
- End‑to‑end HR operations: onboarding, confirmations, exits, documentation, and policy administration.
- Coordinate offers, background checks, employee records, and HR compliance processes.
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee queries and day‑to‑day people operations.
- Design and run employee engagement, culture‑building activities, team events, offsites, and internal communications.
- Plan and execute company‑wide events, coordinating across teams and external vendors.
- Support leadership on performance, retention, and workplace matters, providing people insights and workforce planning.
- Manage office administration, facilities, internet, security, housekeeping, food services, and related vendor relationships.
- Maintain HR systems, employee databases, attendance records, and generate people‑related reports.
Good Fit If You Have
- 4–8 years of HR/generalist experience, preferably in high‑growth startup or SaaS environments.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
