We need a hands‑on Lead DevOps & Platform Engineer to design and run highly‑available, multi‑region cloud infrastructure for our AI SaaS platform. The role blends deep application development experience with cloud and Kubernetes expertise, and includes technical mentorship of engineering teams.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Design and manage multi‑region AWS infrastructure, including networking, storage and compute layers
- Build and operate large‑scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) with networking policies and service mesh
- Review and optimize backend code, create internal platform tooling, and ensure applications are cloud‑native
- Provide technical mentorship on deployment, debugging, and cloud‑native development
- Implement observability frameworks and lead root‑cause analysis for critical incidents
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and integrate basic security scanning
Good Fit If You Have
- Startup mindset – comfortable wearing multiple hats in fast‑paced environments
- Hands‑on coding ability in Python, Java, Go or Node.js
- Experience leading platform initiatives from 0‑to‑1 and scaling them
- CKA certification or similar Kubernetes expertise is a plus
