As a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer at NETGEAR, you’ll remotely assist enterprise customers in Taiwan with networking hardware and software, handling tickets, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with senior engineers to ensure swift resolutions.

What You'll Likely Work On
