Litmus seeks an IT Systems Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure that powers industrial AI. The role blends server, network, and AI‑service administration with hands‑on technical support for staff.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Provision, monitor, and support enterprise SaaS and AI services
• Deploy and maintain physical and virtual servers, focusing on VMware ESXi and GPU workloads
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot high‑bandwidth internal networks, Cloudflare settings, and VPN access
• Administer SSO and user identities via Azure Entra ID for onboarding and offboarding
• Deliver Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Implement core IT security protocols and monitor for vulnerabilities
