The IT Systems Administrator will own Coupa’s enterprise AI platform, handling provisioning, security, licensing, and vendor coordination. The role is remote‑first, mid‑level, and focused on ensuring AI services run efficiently and cost‑effectively.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Administer consoles for enterprise AI tools, handling user provisioning, permission sets, and security configurations
- Track seat utilization, manage license lifecycles, and monitor API usage and monthly spend to stay within budget
- Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for AI‑related help‑desk tickets and prioritize new AI feature or access requests
- Act as the primary technical contact for Anthropic and Google, overseeing account health, feature updates, and technical escalations
- Deliver quarterly reports on platform adoption, ROI, usage trends, and system performance to stakeholders
- Continuously refine service‑request forms and automate onboarding workflows for AI services
