Litmus seeks a proactive IT Analyst to manage on‑prem and cloud infrastructure, provide end‑user support, and ensure security compliance for its Pune office. The role blends Microsoft 365 administration, virtualization, and employee lifecycle management to keep production‑critical systems running smoothly.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Administer Microsoft 365 suite, identity and device management.
• Support and maintain multi‑cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Provide desk‑side and remote support for Windows and macOS users.
• Manage on‑prem servers, virtualization platforms, and data‑center hardware.
• Own employee onboarding/offboarding lifecycle, including provisioning and asset tracking.
• Handle IT service tickets via JIRA Service Management, meeting SLA targets.
• Support information‑security initiatives and ISO 27001 compliance, using tools like Drata or Vanta.
